Reviewbit automates the collection of customer reviews via WhatsApp. In addition, because the reviewbit is integrated with the judge.me, you may gather WhatsApp reviews using reviewbit and have them automatically send to judge. me.

How do You make the integration work?

Step#1

Install Judge.me and Reviewbit first.

Step#2

Go to Integrations in the Reviewbit admin, then choose Judge.me and click Activate Integration.

Step#3

If you haven’t already, go to WhatsApp Settings and enable your WhatsApp review request in Reviewbit. You may also change the timing of your message and the number of line items to send requests from here.

Step#4

In the Shopify Orders dashboard, fulfill your orders. Make sure your customer’s phone number is matching their WhatsApp number in their order.

Step #5

In Reviewbit, go to the Review Requests page and look at the scheduled review requests. Your customers will receive a message on WhatsApp when the review requests are delivered, and they will be able to submit the reviews from there.

Step#6

You may see the reviews on Reviewbit’s Reviews tab after they’ve been submitted.

When you click the Approve button on each review, the reviews will be approved on Reviewbit’s end and sent to Judge.me. Judge.me Reviews dashboard (judge.me/index) contains all approved reviews in Reviewbit.

• Only new “Approved” reviews are transmitted to Judge.me; previous reviews in Reviewbit that were approved before the integration will not be submitted to Judge.me.

• Reviewbit reviews are not validated automatically. If you can offer evidence, please contact support@judge.me and they will personally verify the reviews

• For the time being, no reviews without an email can be sent to Judge.
