Do you worried about just missed this opportunity for your past orders? Don’t worry. It can send a review request up to 2 months’ past orders also. You can send review requests to prior customers (fulfilled Shopify orders) from the past 60 days when you first install Reviewbit.
Sending out past review requests is the most effective technique for getting reviews quickly after installation and adding social proof to your store.
First option:
As the First step
- Go to “dashboard.”
- There you can find “Send review request to past orders” under “Total spend.”
The WhatsApp review request will be sent in 24 hours, giving you enough time to personalise it and, if desired, include a discount code.
As the second step, you should choose your desired number of days back, such as:
- 60 days
- 30 days
- 15 days
There you can select the required option and click “submit“.
Note: This can be done only once after the installation of the reviewbit. Then this option will not available.
Second option:
You can send review requests to the past orders on the onboarding flow itself.
When you reached on 3rd step, there you can choose the option of a number of days back and click next
