- After purchase
- After delivery
After Fulfilment
You can easily schedule review requests
- After fulfilment on the”WhatsApp settings” page.
- There you can find a second option titled “schedule message timing“
- There you can set the option “Fulfilment“.
After purchase
If you want to schedule the review request after purchase, then you are able to set the “Purchase” from the drop-down menu on the same page.
After delivery
Reviewbit allows you to schedule your review request based on when the products are delivered. This means “after delivery“.
If your delivery times vary per order, delivery-based timing will ensure that you always reach out to your customers.
If you want to schedule the review request after purchase, then you are able to set the “Delivery” from the drop-down menu on the same option on the same page.
You can also set “Fallback timing“, which will be the number of days after the fulfillment.
At the same time, you can reschedule the review request sending time as well.
