Once you received valid product ratings and reviews with photos, then you can offer discount coupons by choosing a percentage discount ( automatically generated coupon code) code or by choosing a fixed discount (coupon code provided by you) on the “WhatsApp settings” page.
The discount code option is set as the 11nth option.
Each of the approved reviews will receive a Discount Code message. On the Reviews Page, you can approve or reject reviews. A Discount Code Message is a WhatsApp-approved template message.
You are unable to make changes to discount code messages.
