Reschedule and Delete WhatsApp Review Request

You are able to reschedule WhatsApp review request in the “review request” page.

Steps required:

  1. Go to “review request” page
  2. Select the required order ID to be rescheduled
  3. On the right end you can see “reschedule” button, click on it.

  • Then you can choose the date on which request is to be sent. Then click “save date“.

Also, you can delete each review request, if you don’t want to send a review request to a particular customer.

  • For that select the order ID. Then click “delete” button.
