Session Messages: These are messages that a business can send in response to a customer’s reaction. Within 24 hours of the last client message, the brand might deliver session communications. The 24-hour timeframe refreshes if the customer responds again.
Post-Session Messages: Any message sent by the brand after 24 hours (after the last message received by the client) is considered a post-session message.
Also, if a company wants to start a chat with a client, every message the company sends before receiving the first response from the consumer is regarded as a post-session message.
These are also known as HSM Templates or Template Messages. For these types of messages, WhatsApp charges a fee.
We pass on WhatsApp charges per message only when a message is delivered successfully. This price per message depends on the destination country.
